First Aid is our specialty.    

Trainers associated with Pathways Academy are chosen for their experience working with disadvantaged people. We train our own staff and ensure they stay up to date with professional development and changes in the industry. All our accredited training courses comply with the National standards.

At Pathways, we "listen". We offer our services to everyone, including people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, mental illness, Indigenous, disengaged youth, and people from non-English backgrounds. We work with everyone individually to ensure their needs are met.

If mainstream employment is not in your sights, we can assist in other ways, as we offer many short programs and activities. 

First Aid

 Whether it's general CPR, First aid, or First aid in an education and care setting, we can take care of it for you.

We will come to you when it suits your organisation. We can teach groups of any size; there is no minimum. (Prices vary depending on group size.) 

We also offer non-accredited workshops for those who are not able to complete accredited First Aid; we call it First Aid awareness. (It is popular with NDIS Clients...)

Ryan can also provide training in RMLV and gaming nominee, as well as RSA and RSG.

Food Safety.

Pathways is the owner of the only Accredited Life skills course in the country.
